Biostimulants represent a recent technological innovation in agriculture, not completly known, but with great potential for the sustainable development of plant production.

The benefits obtained by the application of biostimulants on crops manifest themselves in terms of increased resistance to abiotic stress, increase of the efficiency of absorption and assimilation of nutrients and increase of quality product.

These benefits lead to a reduction in environmental impact of the cultivation and possible improvement of farmer’s income.
